According to the Acting Head of the Clinic, Mrs. Chinyere Odusina, NIEPA demonstrates its commitment to the well-being of its employees by empowering staff with knowledge and resources. A representative from Ultimate Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Mr. Babawale Oluwatobi, delivered the lecture, which was followed by an interactive session that allowed staff members to ask questions and seek clarifications on various aspects of hypertension and healthcare. The discussion also addressed issues related to delays in NHIA enrollees at different service providers, with the representative advising enrollees to consider changing their primary healthcare providers if necessary.
Exploring Upgrade Options for NIEPA Health Centre
The session also explored the possibility of upgrading the NIEPA Health Centre to a secondary care provider, given its existing infrastructure and capabilities. This upgrade could potentially enhance the quality of healthcare services available to staff members. The representatives from Ultimate HMO also shared their contact information for staff members to reach out to in case of any issues with their primary care providers.
