NIEPA ONDO FELICITATES WITH MRS. DIDY ESTHER WALSON-JACK ON HER APPOINTMENT AS THE NEW HEAD OF SERVICE

The National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) Ondo, warmly congratulates Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack on her appointment as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, effective August 14, 2024.

Mrs. Walson-Jack, a seasoned public servant, served as the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Education (FME), under which NIEPA operates as one of its parastatals. During her tenure, NIEPA witnessed significant developmental growth, including the final dissemination of education sector plans in 7 states in the North, among other achievements.

Her remarkable career in public service, spanning several decades, is a testament to her dedication, integrity, and leadership skills. Her wealth of experience and contributions to public service have earned her numerous accolades, including African Iconic Female Administrator of the Year (2024) and Public Administrator of the Year for Bayelsa State (2008).

NIEPA Ondo is grateful for the opportunity to have worked under her leadership and guidance during her stint as Permanent Secretary of the FME. We wish her all the best in her new role as Head of the Civil Service of the Federation and are confident that she will bring her innovative flair and stringent adherence to rules and regulations to the position.
