Dr. Samson Oyeromi, representing Acting DG NIEPA Dr. David Shofoyeke, said at the end of the workshop that the teachers acquired key competencies in handling inclusive education, including grasping inclusive principles, recognizing special needs categories, applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and developing inclusive lesson plans with UDL strategies. This according to him aligns with NIEPA’s mission and vision of developing education sector workforce.
