Functions of Servicom Unit
  1. Driving the process for positive change in the Institute
  2. Facilitating a safe and conducive working environment for staff
  3. Disseminating best practices and tips on effective service delivery through sensitization programs
  4. Applying SERVICOM index to measure the quality of trainings implemented and staff productivity
  5. Managing links with strategic planners and other stakeholders on service delivery within the Institute
  6. Monitoring training programmes
  7. Liaising between Ministerial SERVICOM and NIEPA SERVICOM
  8. Serving as the Secretariat of the Local SERVICOM Committee
  9. Maintaining suggestion boxes to facilitate the making of suggestions for improved service delivery
  10. Guiding and counselling of staff on issues relating to effective service delivery.
