ONDO, NIGERIA – The Acting Director General of the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Dr. David Shofoyeke, has extended warm Christmas greetings to the management, staff, clients, and friends of the Institute, urging them to embrace the spirit of peace and unity that defines the season.
