SERVICOM Ministerial Meeting Holds in Kaduna, Focuses on Capacity Building and Service Delivery

KADUNA – The 2024 first quarter Global Servicom Ministerial Meeting and Capacity Building Workshop held at the National Teachers Institute (NTI) in Kaduna, brought together Servicom officers from various agencies, including NIEPA Ondo, JAMB, NBTE, NECO, and TETFUND, to focus on capacity building and service delivery.

Declaring the meeting open, Prof. Musa Garba Maitafsir, Director and Chief Executive of NTI, emphasized the significance of the gathering, which aims to promote excellence in service, accountability, and citizen-centric governance. He encouraged participants to engage in discussions, share insights, and forge partnerships to drive tangible impact.

Dr. (Mrs) A. E. Ozibo, Director of Quality Assurance and ICT Department at NTI, welcomed SERVICOM officers and emphasized the importance of adapting to technological advancements and collaborating to deliver excellent service in the rapidly evolving educational landscape.

NIEPA Ondo and other MDAs of government actively participated in the meeting, sharing their recent achievements, innovations, and challenges. The meeting also set dates and venues for upcoming charter workshops in the northern and southern zones, with NIEPA Ondo scheduled for a visit in May 2024 to encourage agency heads to support Servicom activities and address emerging issues.
